The Individual Customer Arbitration Committee, located within the Banks Association of Turkey, aims to resolve disputes that arise regarding the products and services customers receive from banks. If the banks give a negative response to the applications or do not respond within the legal period, they can apply to the Individual Customer Arbitration Committee of the Banks Association of Turkey within 60 days. Applications can be made directly to the Banks Association of Türkiye or via the E-Government Gateway application.
